Sanitation & Hygiene Standards
All tools, machines, and applicators must be cleaned and sterilized after each use.
Disposable applicators should be used where possible.
Wigs received from customers must be stored in clean, sealed bags to avoid contamination.
Patch Testing (Allergy Prevention)
Customers requesting concealer services (temporary or permanent) should be offered a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment.
Written consent is required if the customer declines a patch test.
Workplace Safety (Franchises & HQ Facility)
Machines must be operated only by trained professionals.
Staff must wear gloves and, where applicable, protective eyewear during treatment.
Fire and electrical safety protocols must be followed at all facilities.
Customers must be made aware of the potential risks and limitations of wig fixing services. A signed disclaimer (digital or physical) should include:
Color Variations
Final concealer shade may differ slightly due to lighting, wig base color, and natural scalp variations.
Wig Condition
Pre-existing wig damage (tears, shedding, brittle lace) is not the responsibility of the service provider.
Results may vary depending on the quality of the wig provided.
Durability of Service
Temporary concealer is designed to last up to 10 washes but can wear off sooner if aftercare instructions are not followed.
Permanent concealer is long-lasting but may still fade over time due to friction, washing, or harsh chemicals.
Customer Handling
Improper wig care (excessive heat styling, chemical use, rough washing) may shorten the life of the treatment.
Service providers are not liable for damage caused after the wig leaves the facility.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable once completed.
Refunds are only provided if a clear service error has occurred (e.g., wrong shade applied, incorrect treatment performed).
Repairs/Corrections
Customers may request one correction service if an error is confirmed.
Corrections must be requested within a set timeframe (e.g., 7 days after service).
Warranty Limitations
No warranty is offered on wigs that are already damaged or weakened before treatment.
Warranty (if offered) should only cover issues directly caused by the treatment process.
Franchise partners must follow strict legal and risk guidelines to maintain brand reputation:
Mandatory Training
Franchisees must complete certification to operate wig-fixing machines and apply concealer solutions.
Unauthorized or untrained staff cannot perform treatments.
Insurance Requirement
Each franchise must carry general liability insurance and, where applicable, professional indemnity insurance.
Insurance must cover accidental damage to customer property (wigs) and injury on premises.
Compliance Audits
HQ reserves the right to conduct compliance checks to ensure safety, quality, and legal standards are being met.
Non-compliance can result in penalties, suspension, or termination of franchise rights.
Before any service, customers should sign a consent form acknowledging:
They understand the treatment process.
They are aware of possible risks and limitations.
They agree that the provider is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wig conditions or improper aftercare.
