1. Consultation & Shade Selection

  • Pre-Service Consultation

    • Every customer will receive a consultation before treatment to determine the right concealer solution (temporary or permanent).

    • During this session, staff will explain the process, duration, aftercare, and pricing.

  • Shade Matching

    • Customers can choose from a full range of shades designed to blend with all skin tones.

    • Customers must confirm their selected shade in writing before treatment begins.

    • Acknowledgment: results may vary slightly due to lighting, wig base color, or natural scalp variations.


2. Temporary Concealer Service

  • Application & Duration

    • Applied directly to the wig’s knots, grids, and lace base by a certified franchise professional.

    • Designed to last up to 10 washes with proper care.

  • Aftercare Guidelines

    • Customers will be provided with written care instructions (washing frequency, styling precautions, heat limits).

    • Failure to follow guidelines may shorten the durability of the treatment.

  • Touch-Up & Reapplication

    • Customers may book reapplication services at discounted package rates (e.g., 3 sessions for a reduced price).


3. Permanent Concealer Treatment

  • Process

    • Customers drop off their wig at their local franchise after consultation.

    • Franchise records wig details (type, shade, condition) and ships to HQ facility.

    • HQ specialists perform the permanent treatment using advanced technology.

    • Wig is returned to the franchise within the promised timeframe for customer pickup.

  • Timeline

    • Standard turnaround time: 7–10 business days (excluding shipping delays).

    • Expedited service may be available at an additional cost.

  • Limitations

    • The permanent finish is long-lasting but may gradually fade over time with heavy wear, rough washing, or chemical exposure.

    • Warranty applies only to the treatment, not to the overall lifespan of the wig.


4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services

    • All services are non-refundable once completed, as they involve labor, materials, and customization.

  • Eligible Refunds

    • Refunds or corrections are only offered in cases of service error (e.g., wrong shade applied, incorrect treatment).

  • Corrections

    • If a verified mistake occurs, one correction service will be provided at no cost if requested within 7 days of delivery/pickup.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Wig Condition

    • Customers must present clean wigs at the time of service.

    • Wigs with significant pre-existing damage (tears, shedding, weak lace) may not be eligible for treatment.

  • Acknowledgment of Risks

    • Customers must sign a consent form stating they understand potential risks (shade variation, lace fragility, natural wear).

  • Collection & Delivery

    • Customers are responsible for timely pickup of wigs after treatment.

    • Franchises are not liable for wigs uncollected after a certain holding period (e.g., 30 days).


6. Warranty & Service Limitations

  • Temporary Concealer

    • Durability is estimated at up to 10 washes under normal conditions.

    • No warranty if aftercare guidelines are not followed.

  • Permanent Concealer

    • Warranty applies for a limited period (e.g., 3 months) against premature peeling or fading due to application error.

    • Not covered: damage from customer mishandling, heat styling, or harsh chemicals.


7. Service Delivery Standards

  • Professionalism

    • All services will be performed by certified, trained professionals.

    • Consultations will include clear explanations of options, costs, and aftercare.

  • Customer Care

    • Customers will receive written documentation of the service performed, shade used, and aftercare recommendations.

  • Before & After Transparency

    • With customer consent, photos may be taken to document results (and used for marketing with signed approval).
